Dawes @ The Pageant 02-01-2017
Wednesday night at The Pageant the crowd was presented “An Evening With Dawes”. With no opening band the night was split into two sets with an intermission. Dawes is a folk-rock band from Los Angeles composed of brothers Taylor (guitar and vocals) and Griffin Goldsmith (drums) along with Wylie Gelber (bass) and Lee Pardini (keyboards). The band opened the night with “One of Us” off of their new album “We’re All Gonna Die”. The bands two sets consisted of songs from mostly their last two albums “We’re All Gonna Die” and “All Your Favorite Bands” with a good mix of their other four albums.
