Saturday night platinum-certified singer, songwriter, and producer Sueco played a sold out show at Delmar Hall in St. Louis on his Attempted Lover tour.
Soon after opener SUICIDAL-IDOL left the stage you could feel the energy in the room building until Sueco took the stage. The sold out room erupted the minute he came on stage and didn’t let down till he left. Kicking off the night was ‘Bathroom Floor‘ off his most recent album Attempted Lover. Sueco did a great job of keeping a good mix of old and new songs in the set along with some slower songs like ‘4:52AM‘, and even a cover of ILLENIUM’s ‘Story Of My Life‘. The newest song in the set was ‘Love and Rage‘, a song that Sueco said literally just dropped two weeks ago and had the crow sing “love and rage” when he would point to them while singing the song. Somewhere around the middle of the set Sueco brought out a surfboard he called the “Crowd Surf 9000” and literally went crowd surfing. He eventually stood up on it at one point and performed and then told the crowd that there is only one way to get down from the surfboard and in an ultimate trust fall fell backwards into the sea of fans and was carried back to the front of the stage. All in all if you get the chance to catch Sueco out on tour I would highly recommend it as he definitely puts on an amazing show and will not disappoint you.
